Verge Power Yoga offers a smart path to safely strengthen and open the body.  It is our experience that the students who continue to attend all types of Verge classes are those students who have stayed with this discipline and who currently enjoy the multitude of benefits that yoga has to offer.

This series teaches you the fundamentals of our Stationary Sequence. Take 8 classes in 4 weeks. Registration required.

stationary  

This class builds strength, flexibility and focus.  Our  Stationary Sequence of poses will help you correct physical imbalances while becoming mentally stronger and more stable.  All Stationary Series classes are certified Balanced Athlete classes

flow basics  

Learn the fundamentals of the Sun Salutes taught in our Flow classes.  Perfect for the Stationary students interested in moving into our Flow classes. This class is a great refresher for current Flow students!

Our Flow class builds upon the principles of both the Flow Basics and the Stationary classes moving through poses in a dynamic and fluid manner.
